Personalities is pure Los Angeles skateboarding. Lots of LA street skaters, skating lots of LA terrain with lots of LA style. Big surprise most of the soundtrack is LA area rap. Schoolyards rule this video, so you’ll see a lot of ledges, smaller rails and gaps with plenty of manual variations and flip trick laced runs.

I’ve never been to LA or lived there, but if I did, I know I would have bumped into the Neighborhood team in 94 while making this video. They must have hit every school yard in LA County on this thing. Unfortunately, nobody's part is all that spectacular. The Barajas part is sick because Armando is so skilled, but the punch is taken away because of the artistic intro he is given. The terrain is repetitive, the color balance is non-existent and if you actually like seeing the head of the guy who's skating, forget it. This video would have been great if some kids from your neighborhood made it, but since it came from the professionals at Neighborhood, Personalities just falls flat.
