Seeing Double
Real
2002, 20 minutes
Current Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
Seeing Double is basically a showcase of the Real Team's newest ams. It's been said that most of this video was filmed over the span of 2 weeks on a road trip. 20 minutes is a lot of footage to get in a 2 week road trip. Then again, if Mickey Reyes was your team manager and threatening you, you’d probably jump down a 20 stair handrail lickety split. The music is courtesy of Bowie, Judas Priest and more.

What is it with these damn tour video clichés? Fireworks, strippers, drugs, cops, etc.! Dude, that shits more played than a Rolex in a rap video. Well, although most of this video is actually more thriller than filler, I still find most of the antics to be pretty contrived. Seeing Double does however, consist of some great skating, filming and music. Everyone makes a short but solid appearance in this video but it's Peter Ramondetta who’s the stands-out. He drops the hammer and makes it look good. Don't expect the same old 2 push and drop routine from this guy. He charges the biggest terrain with a big bag of style, speed and pop. When all is said and done, I'll give this video an A for effort and B for delivery.
