Summer Sessions Sure-Grip International 1985, 32 minutes Current Rating: 4 out of 5 stars Welcome back to the eighties with power slides through San Francisco’s crazy ass hills and vert ramps galore! Skate with the innovators of what we know as skateboarding, such as Tony Hawk, Mark "Gator" Rogowski, Christian Hosoi, Neil Blender, and Chris Miller, just to name a few. Take it back to the old school in a literal plot fashion. January 19, 2003 Damn I miss footage of jailbirds Christian Hosoi and Gator! How many frontside boneless plants do you see these days? This was back when skateboards had rails and tail guards, in respect to protect the graphics of the day. The comic attempt of setting the tail of a board while skating vert was semi-amusing. The soundtrack has to be the worst thing I've heard since Yoko. So only watch this movie if you plan on having an 80's skate party and take plenty of laxatives for a healthy movement in the right direction. AntennaeJim
