Cky3 Bam Margera 2001, 46 minutes Current Rating: 2 out of 5 stars This video features a myriad of pranks, fights, and feces...what else would you expect? While Bam Margera cannot be ignored as a skater, his CKY series have certainly shifted the focus of his career from skating to obscene yet often hilarious adventures in filming. This video features many other pros, but their skating makes for about 5 percent of the video. September 20, 2002 Shame for listing the CKY series on a skate video website. Why should we care what Bam does off his skateboard?! I’m sure that numerous skaters have hobbies and lives outside of the parks, but we don't purchase videos of them on the golf course, so why should we care what Bam does with his friends outside of the skating world? Not only should we exhibit some form of disinterest as to the life of Bam, but it’s more than a little grotesque that we would pay to watch people shit off buildings. If that’s what you’re into then wouldn't it be more fun just to shit off a building yourself? Part of the fascination with skate videos, is that the pros out there are better than you, but I doubt sincerely that Bam's friends are better releasing their bowels than we are. Fingolfin January 19, 2003 I wish I could get paid for being an idiot. I’m guessing a lot of the money these guys get goes toward hospital bills, though. Although some of the stunts and skits are entertaining, this truly is a dumb video. The people who buy this at Best Buy are probably buying the “Greatest Backyard Wrestling Fights” DVD at the same time. The parts with skating in the video, while few and far between, are good, especially the mini ramp parts. The best part of this video, though, is that because it’s more like an episode of Jackass than a skate video, you can watch it with your friends who don’t skate. Egg
