Dream Reality Physics

Current Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
Dream Reality features a group of skaters most of whom you don’t see too often anymore. Aside from a short part from a vertical veteran, street tricks and lines dominate this video. Unlike most skate vids, the background music is played by members of the Physics team, with a little bit of help from Ray Barbee.

This is one of the best assemblies of skaters I’ve ever seen together in one video. Each member of the team has style that is fun to watch and they do some pretty creative stuff. They seem to skate to the beat of their own drums, which is actually true because they made all of the background music themselves. One method I use to judge a video is by how many tricks it contains that surprise me, and Dream Reality has about twice the amount of surprise tricks as most videos I’ve seen lately. I'm talking about stuff like shove-its and 180s "the wrong way" out of grinds, no-comply wallies, or a kickflip to backside 180 done so close together in a line that you almost don't notice that they are two separate tricks. Check this video out for sure.
