Current Rating: 4 out of 5 stars
Goldfish reflects the fact that Girl is primarily a street skating team with the street skating being exactly that, done on the street. Schoolyards, Hollywood Blvd., and Embarcadero are all utilized in Golfish with a chunk of tranny and skatepark footage near the end of the video. Tricks include grinds and slides on planters, ledges and handrails, switch stance tricks (flips, manuals, etc.) and flip tricks over ledges, planters and other junk.

In Goldfish, Girl goes beyond featuring quality skateboarding. Sure there are impressive flips, grinds, and slides, but that can be found in many videos. The Spike Jonze influence, however, sets Goldfish far apart from other skate vids. Two examples of this are Lance Mountain's personal testimony of his obsession with a pogo stick, and Henry Sanchez following spray painted, double yellow lines around like a skateboard road. It's also evident by the shots of the Girl team skating together that they enjoy being a team, not just ego's thrown together for profit.
