im not cause anyone who complains hasnt realized that after handrail skater come the less talented people such as daewon song who used to be good like half a decade ago i use his last pro section in transworld as my proof
when you see someone creating "skate art" that means they suck or WAS good and once you see that same rail get hit with every move that could possibly done its a spot

im kidding i kinda think that rail shot followed by another 15 stair followed by a 16 stair hubba makes it kinda ehh but usually there is a good mix of everything

In all honesty, what I feel is missing from skating today is style. To me, handrails and stairs get a bit monotonous when they make up the bulk of a video... That's not to say that hitting a rail is easy. Too many skaters have technical skills but don't have style that set them apart from the rest.
Too true Jerry.
The new Zero joint bored me senseless too. It's all about a good mix of everything and STYLE for days. Though I never get tired of dudes breaking windows while trying to wallride them. Takes me back to Ricky Oyola... Eastern Exposure 2 I think.

they'res plenty of people with style, there's even handrail skaters with style, look at a guy like ragdoll or sammy baca, they both do alot of handrails and they both have style when they do it

I think that handrails and stairs are cool as shit as long as they are big. Manual tricks are sick too. But tranny, vert, pool, and especialy that small marble ledge kind of shit is dumb and bores me to tears.
